The Americano Claro

In this white version of the classic Americano, we've paired the lightly sweet, white Italian vermouth, Silvio Carta Bianco with Luxardo's Bitter Bianco.  The result is a fragrant low-alcohol drink - perfect for day drinking.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Silvio Carta Bianco
1.5 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
Soda Water to top

Directions

Fill a collins glass with ice and then combine ingredients, top with soda water and give a
gentle stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
