Wise Owl Irish Whiskey

Wise Owl Whiskey (WOW) is triple distilled and finished in a range of casks to bring the final blend together. It has a smooth deep taste with no artificial colour or caramel added. Our whiskey is finished in Imperial Stout cask with a wee drop of peated malt to give it a distinguishable smokiness.

Wise Owl Whiskey is non chill filtered to capture all of the flavours and scents of this premium spirit. Every bottle is filled and labelled by hand with the dedication of the whole family at Listoke Distillery.
