This whiskey is crafted from 73% Rye and 27% Mesquite Smoked Malt Barley using American Ale Yeast, fermented for 6 days, and double distilled in a copper pot still. It is aged for a minimum of 2 years in new, charred American White Oak Barrels and bottled unfiltered for optimal flavor.
