TX Experimental Series #5 Bottled in Bond Straight Rye Whiskey

The 5th edition of the Experimental Series showcases the merger of Texas Grain and Texas Maturation. This bottled-in-Bond Rye Whiskey highlights beautiful flavors developed over 4 summers at our TX Whiskey distillery. Harvested from the second of five floors in our rick house, vanilla and caramel flavors from the Oak Maturation combine beautifully with the fruit and spice from Rye Grain sourced exclusively from a Texas farm. This 100% rye whiskey expresses terrific flavors crafted with Texas heart.

Master Distiller Notes: Aroma of light baking spice with a fruity balance of banana and apple that carries through on the palate. A long finish of floral notes paired with caramel and vanilla.
