TASTING NOTES -2023 VATTING: On the nose, soft sherry sweetness melds with figs and raisins, but it’s on the palate where the true depth of flavor shines through, bold chocolate and dark fruit flavors around, with overtones of caramel and vanilla, all accompanied by gentle hints of nutmeg and oak smoke. Silky tannins make for a beautiful textured finish.
