This 21 Year Old Whisky started its journey maturing in American oak ex-bourbon casks for fifteen years however, its distinctive character was created by an extended further maturation period. We meticulously hand-selected the finest Spanish oak casks seasoned with Oloroso wine for the final six years of the aging process; imparting spiced fruity flavors and a deep, rich color.
