Vatted together using mainly Kyrö Peat Smoke New American Oak, Ex-Bourbon barrels and additionally some Kyrö Malt Ex-Bourbon barrels. The exact proportions vary batch by batch.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe peat smoke is introduced to our rye malt (and later to the whisky) using the same smoking barn -Riihi, as our Wood Smoke Whisky where instead of alder wood peat is used as the source of the smoke to induce a smoky flavour to our dried malted rye during the 24 hours smoking period.
