Palo Cortado Cask Finish is a homage to our heritage and the centuries of trade between the Illeach Master Distillers and their Spanish counterparts. For almost two years, this 20 year old limited release has been enriched by casks which once matured the unique and sublime Palo Cortado Sherry. The Result is a rich dram, with a creamy character, full of fresh berries and roasted nuts.
