Copper Fox Single Malt Vir Gin

Uniquely distilled in pot stills from 100% of our hand malted barley, resulting in a deep and rich flavor profile that allows the malt to shine. Utilizing a signature botanical blend including Mediterranean juniper and seasonal offerings from the distillery allows more citrus and floral notes to prevail in this spirit.

Clear and bright in color with an aroma of sweet malt at the start, leading into light and delicate swirls of juniper, anise and citrus. A mouth filling flavor profile of soft, fruit with sumptuous mint and lime shavings, balanced with juniper and anise. It ends with a finale of lingering wisps of mint, ginger and black pepper, elegantly complex.
