Edition No. 1 is a single cask, specially selected by our cellar master, Patrice Piveteau, for its distinctive character. After leaving the blend to age in Limousin oak for over 10 years in our "chai Francois Rabelais" - typically a humid cellar that brings roundness and suppleness to the blend - he has then decided to release this cognac under natural strength, using no filtration nor chilling.
