Mezonte Tepe

This spirit is made in 110-liter batches, in a community that rejects Western culture and does not regularly interact with outsiders.

As the agave's roots dig deep in search of water, the a hint of the deep soil's minerality finds its to the agave. It's balanced by floral sweetness and chocolate notes that burst to the palate with intensity and freshness.
