Oceanside Distillery Odysea High Rye Flordia Bourbon

This Bourbons Mash Bill of 60% Corn, 36% Rye and, 4% Malted Barley is incredibly floral and somewhat fruity with the classic Rye baking spice; the results are a smooth High Rye Bourbon that stands out with the corn sweetness.

On the palate light oak, a berry fruit sweetness along with vanilla. The finish is long and smooth with a refreshing spice from midwestern Rye.
