Aged at Buffalo Trace Distillery, this Bourbon gains much of its unique character from oak barrels from Spanish Oak. Long used for aging the world’s finest cherries, Spanish Oak is less dense and possesses a tighter grain than its American sibling, imbuing the whiskey with flavors of rich vanilla, dark stone fruit, and the forests of northern Spain, these trees were made into staves that were seasoned outdoors before becoming barrels that aged this unique whiskey.
