And we took our sweet time selecting premium ingredients, meticulously milling the grain, working and fermenting the mash, and most importantly, making well-considered, ruthless cuts at the condenser. Each barrel is hand-selected to achieve greater aromatic intensity, flavor, and body. Ransom Spirits is an organic farm and distillery located on 40 acres in the foothills of the Oregon Coast Range.
