On the nose, apple reduction in butter sauce with toffee cake, caramel cream and spicy cinnamon. On the palate, baked orchard fruits in caramel-cinnamon sauce with toffee and clove pieces. The finish is long and pleasant with vanilla and caramel giving way to long lasting spicy cinnamon and clove. A robust sipper.
