On the nose, corn puddin’ with pear butter, vanilla-toffee bar, and baking spices. On the palate, candied pear with spicy cinnamon on caramel and vanilla cream intensify for a wonderfully balanced and robust delight. The finish is long and balanced with sweet and spice fading slowly together. A wonderfully dynamic Bourbon highlighting both sweet and spice. Gorgeous.
